After you fill out this form, you’ll be taken to our secure Member Portal to complete your application. Enter your contact info, choose a membership level, list your modalities, and e-sign. Most practitioners finish in under 10 minutes.

2. Choose Your Membership Level
Your level depends on your client hours and whether you teach groups. You can always upgrade anytime as your practice grows.

3. After You Submit
You’ll get instant confirmation and a quick review by a real person on our team. Once approved, you’ll receive your Certificate of Insurance and full access to your EMPA member resources and support.
